"GRAND SEAFOOD MENU"
The sea meets the Garda hills in our dedicated evening! Chef Riccardo Bioni's exclusive menu offers the most refined seafood delights, prepared using modern techniques and creative combinations.
The dishes on the menu will be accompanied by the best wines from the Ca' Maiol cellar, while refined live music with Giada & Cesare will create a relaxing and enveloping atmosphere.
Here is the program of the evening:
- Welcome aperitif

- Tartare of red prawns from Mazara del Vallo and Japanese amberjack in ceviche sauce
Wine: Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico D.O.P. Chiaretto "Roseri"
- Grilled seared octopus with burnt tomato sauce and carasau bread
Wine: Lugana Prestige
- Risotto Acquerello Riserva 18 months with scallops and porcini mushrooms
Wine: Lugana Riserva Fabio Contato 2017
- Fig strudel in phyllo dough with vanilla sauce and fior di latte ice cream
Wine: Soldoré Passito
€ 75 per person, including wine, water and coffee. Beginning at 8 p.m. The menu is also available in a gluten-free version!
