Always sensitive to the issue of food intolerances, our Rose & Sapori Restaurant is in fact an A.I.C. member for gluten-free cuisine. Most of the dishes on our menu are available in a gluten-free version, without sacrificing taste and quality!

Dishes for people intolerant to gluten and lactose are prepared in full compliance with the guidelines provided by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC). Dishes are prepared in separate rooms, using dedicated equipment, to avoid any possibility of contamination. It is very important for us to be able to guarantee our guests the best gastronomic experience in total safety, regardless of their dietary needs.
