The 'moro' or better known Testa Nera Porcino mushroom chosen by us is one of the most prized species of Boletus. It is a high mountain mushroom, with a strong temperament, which nature helps to grow in particularly beautiful conditions. Growing at lower temperatures gives it a very firm and fragrant flesh.
