Crispy basket and Mediterranean-style octopus

Puffed polenta and creamed salt cod

Brioche bread, butter and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea

Ocean yellowtail tartare, green apple, celery and chives

Lobster in fennel and crème fraîche sauce

Risotto with rock fish broth, scallops and Garda lemon scent

Turbot, puntarelle and beurre blanc sauce

Creamy chestnut, mandarin, dark chocolate and Maldon flakes

Tables during dinner will be shared with other guests. The event will take place from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m.
