The Rose & Sapori Restaurant: safe gourmet experience
Cleanliness and hygiene are two essential components of our philosophy, to which we have always given special importance and to which we will give even more in the future. To ensure that you enjoy a gourmet experience in complete serenity, we have carried out certified sanitisation of all our environments in accordance with the guidelines provided by the WHO and national authorities, so that all areas of our restaurant are safe. Daily room sanitisation has been intensified: all surfaces and contact points are cleaned and disinfected several times a day with products from BAYER's 'Hygienist' range.
Additional prevention measures
In order to guarantee the excellent quality of the air conditioning systems for our guests, specific microbiological disinfection and cleaning maintenance is carried out according to the patented and certified AC CLEANER system. The use of 100% natural and 100% biodegradable products with ECOCERT certification makes the sanitised rooms immediately usable.
- Staff training
All our staff have been adequately trained by qualified personnel from outside the company on the measures to be taken in compliance with current regulations.
- Table arrangement
At the restaurant, you will be even more comfortable, thanks to the large spaces that have allowed us to comfortably redistribute the tables between the indoor dining room, the lakefront veranda, the lakefront terrace and the new garden veranda with lake view.
- Mutual collaboration
At various places in the restaurant, we have provided 'AMUCHIN' hand sanitiser dispensers. We ask you to use them often. In addition, we ask you to maintain a safe inter-personal distance of 1 metre and to pay attention to the signs placed at various points in the restaurant.
