Easter Gourmet 2023: taste and sophistication by the lake, also gluten-free

The most sought-after gourmet delicacies await you at Rose & Sapori on Sunday 9 April, for an Easter lunch with all the trimmings! High-quality ingredients make up refined and creative dishes with a strong reference to Italian and local traditions. Special preparation techniques further enhance the genuine flavours, enriching the experience with subtle and surprising nuances.

As a long-time member of A.I.C. (Italian Celiac Disease Association), this year we decided to also create a gluten-free and lactose-free version of the menu, thus giving everyone the chance to enjoy an extraordinary lakefront Easter lunch.

Here is the Gourmet Easter Menu designed by our Chef Riccardo Bioni:

  • Welcome entrée with Contadi Castaldi Brùt sparkling wine

  • Kataifi pastry basket, poached egg with asparagus mousse and Monte Veronese cheese sauce

  • Spring risotto with baby spinach, salted meringue and prized black truffle

  • Baked kid with puffed potato and saltwort sautéed in extravirgin olive oil

  • Chocolate egg filled with white chocolate cream and raspberry sauce

  • Coffee and small pastries


€ 75 per person, excluding drinks. Starts at 12.30 p.m., reservation is required.
