A special gourmet evening accompanied by Live Sax Music with Michele Goglio awaits you. Our Chef has created a refined fish menu to look forward to Christmas together, from sparkling wine to sumptuous dessert.

Sea bass ravioli with squid ink on courgette cream with lime sented Mazara del Vallo red prawn and pistachio crunchy nougat

Guinea fowl breast with smoked buckwheat flour sauce, chanterelles mushrooms and crunchy Romanesco cauliflower
Panettone “Infermentum” with three chocolates and vanilla sauce
